We would like to receive your best entries for the book cover of our upcoming book “Now That I Am in My 30s”. You could provide two (2) versions of the cover: One for the ebook that is simple enough to work in the small online context (Amazon thumbnails, etc) and one for the print version that will be more complex.

AUTHOR: Laura C. Sgroi

TITLE: “Now that I Am in My 30s”

TARGET AUDIENCE: Women between 26-39.
Feminine, balanced between young and mature, approachable, refreshing, inspiring, action-provoking, witty, smart, honest, practical, confident, simple.

CONTENT: The book will have three (3) different sections:

1. An uplifting memoir about how I used to be and how I got to be who I am now, how my priorities have changed, and why I plan to embrace this decade devoting it to what matters most at this moment.

2. Guest Pieces written by Expert Contributors about topics such as:
-Relationships (Self, Family, Friends, Partners, Colleagues, and more)
-Health and Wellness
-Spirituality
-Career
-Finances
-Lifestyle

3. Compilation of 41 essays by Women and one Man from all around the World about their own experiences being 30+.

Please note this is not a frivolous book, this is not about “what you MUST know, have, do in your 30s”, this is a positive, feel-good read based on uplifting stories and empowering advice.

It will be an E-Book (tentative launch: Fall 2013) and a Print Book (tentative launch: Winter 2013). Published by S Publishing LLC.

What I would like to have in the cover:

-BACKGROUND: Bright color background. I like most colors except for Purple and I am not interested in a black background. The colors that we have been using on the blog are White background, Burgundy Red Font for Title and Black fonts for Content, but please feel free to play with other colors.

-TYPE: Big Type for Title and Author’s name (60 points)

-CONTENT: We would like the cover to involve these words in a simple way without prioritizing any of them: Relationships, Health, Spirituality, Lifestyle, Career, and Finances.

The cover should work well on:
-EBook, Paperback and Hardcovers as well.
-Print (Business cards, letterheads, brochures, etc)
-Online (Website, online advertising, banner ads, etc)
-Merchandise (T-shirts, computer covers, etc)
-Banners and Posters
-Video Book Trailer
